We believe that our lives are enhanced by many things, but firstly,
by inspiration. It is inspiration that leads to intent, direction, focus and then
success. Our mission is to inspire others by sharing our personally gathered
knowledge, wisdom and practical experiences. We sincerely hope that this will, in
some way assist you in finding what's right for you. |

What you want in your life will fit only you, you are unique. ‘One size fits
all’ does not apply here. Finding what’s right for you is a lifelong quest, like a treasure
hunt that never ends.
You deserve the
real thing....
The treasures that you find along the way may
sometimes be small, other times large, but they will always feel significantly right for you. Don’t be
fooled by something shiny and appealing that looks like the real thing - like fools gold. You
deserve the real thing. It has to fit who you really are and not the image of
who you are to others.
Be Aware of the difference between
thinking and feeling....
The key to consistently find what’s truly right for you, the real deal, is to feel it. Be aware of
the difference between thinking and feeling. Take some time to find out what you truly feel about things that
happen around you.
Pay attention.....
Pay attention to how often you ‘think’ you’re feeling something and when you’re really feeling
it. Tune into the feeling
and connect with what that feeling means to you.
I sometimes like to write my
feelings down at the end of the day. When I first began doing this I didn’t have a lot of words to describe my feelings. I found that
quite a lot of what I wrote down were actually thoughts but the more I practiced tuning in to my feelings, the more
words and insight I found.
There are more words that describe feelings...
There are more words that describe feelings than you may realize.
They are a true reflection of how you are really feeling inside.....sadness, disappointment, happiness,
appreciation, anxiousness, frustration, curiosity and many, many, more.
Take your feelings a step further....
Taking your feelings a step further you can tune in and come to an
understanding of how your body is reacting to events in your life. Feeling these sensations can alert and
guide you immediately to what’s really going on.
Feeling tension in your body....
Feeling tension in your eyes, face, jaw, hands or any part of your
body is a clear sign that you’re not truly comfortable with a situation. Many of us will choose to ignore
tension and carry on regardless. Feeling satisfied and contented can give you a warm feeling inside.
Excitement can energize and make your heart race (in a good way). Feelings and the sensations that come with
them are a language that speaks the truth to you as no-one else
can.
Sometimes people are not really in
touch with their feelings....
It's pretty amazing how often people think they are in touch with
their feelings but, in reality, they are quite disconnected from them. I’ve often asked people how they feel
about an incident or situation and it’s surprising that they nearly always answer with what they think or
what should happen. Try it for yourself, you’ll be quite
surprised.
Your feelings are your link to:
-
your
values
-
your conscience
-
your yearning
-
your soul
Never underestimate the
power of your feelings to:
-
warn
you
-
guide you
-
enlighten you
-
to find What's Right For You
